Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Gemos cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Receipt of Goods & Unclaimed Packages
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the package or collecting it from a designated service point in time. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the original invoice remains valid. Unclaimed packages can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
