This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Gemos.

 

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care or hygiene products once opened or used
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards

Please contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be in a condition that allows inspection and resale, and you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law, including sealed hygiene products once opened.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
