This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Gemos.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return, use the quick self-service return and cancellation function available directly on gemos.store (no login required, you only need your order reference and email). You can also contact us at info@gemos.store.  

Return shipping is free of charge. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened or used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Please contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal:
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our dedicated, easy-access Withdrawal/Cancellation function here (accessible without logging in, where you simply confirm your details and order reference). Alternatively, you can contact us at info@gemos.store. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirming your request. Return shipping is free of charge.

Returned items must be in a condition that allows inspection and resale. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law, including sealed hygiene products once opened.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
